*They are the same price at Chuck and Dons and you don't have to leave the house! I'm not sure how the pup feels about that though... he really enjoys shoplifting the snacks at Chuck and Dons.
I accidentally gave them the wrong zipcode today (they were in North, I was in South Mpls) and the delivery guy was really nice even though I was trying to point out a house that wasn't there.
The patience of the driver was what sold me and I will definitely keep using them!
*Fetch delivers is great! They always deliver exactly what I order and their website is really easy to use.
Good job guys!
*I was all set for the Chuck and Don's in Highland Park to open, but found out about Fetch Delivers first at the Pet Expo.
This is a great service for owners with established pet food/pet treat/pet accessory needs. It's set up so that you can have food delivered on a cyclic basis, at a frequency that you determine, FREE to your door. If you know you're going to need a big bag of Mother Hubbard's PBJ treats every 6 weeks, select that and it shows up. We've had a 30 lb bag of Canidae delivered twice now, and selected the "on demand" option because I wasn't too sure how frequently I'd need to get it. It takes about a week from ordering to delivery, so I would NOT recommend trying this out when you're on your last week's worth of food.
I am not sure if they have a brick-and-mortar store but prices appear to be competitive with area stores. It's great to have delivery, it's great to not have to shlep around town looking for food, and it's AWESOME not to have to lug the bag up to the pad.
*I am on my 4th delivery from Fetch. They seem to have the best prices, better than C & D's by far. I order dog and cat kibble and cat litter. The dog food that they did not have, they were able to order the SAME week and deliver the same week of the request (Fromms Gold Large Breed dog food). I have called them on two occasions and spoke to an actual person which is great. They oops the first week on the cat litter, but made up for it very quickly. Sometimes their website can be a little quirky, but so far I am amazed by what they have to offer, their prices, and their dependability. Sometimes they even add a few "on the house" treats to the order! One more thing, they put stuff in plastic bags when it was raining. Hats off to a place that makes my busy life a whole lot easier! **2/21/10 update: still using this service and still so fabulous!
*Very customer service oriented. Been a customer for about a year, Every experience has been good. Once they were out of stock on a large bag of food so they gave me a few of the smaller bags for the same price, ended up being more food than I originally ordered. They know how to keep a customer! |
