Fetch Delivers :: Our Goal Our goal us to provide our customers with a great selection of products and a great service. We have over 10,000 products and we will deliver them to your door with no delivery charge. So here is how to make that happen. Pick Your Products Your first step is to tell us what you want. Browse through our inventory and tell us what you want. As you pick items they will be immediately placed into you temporary shopping cart located on the left hand side of the page. As you pick your products you can tell us how much and how often you would like them. (if your pet eats one bag of food per month - why not have us automatically deliver a bag to you every four weeks). Check Out After you have selected all of your products - click on the checkout button located below the shopping list. We will then send you to the Items Selected for Purchase page to verify your product selections and choose how often you would like something delivered. If you only want something delivered once - choose Once Only. If you would like something delivered more than once, but you are unsure of how often you need it, choose On Demand. Or, you can choose to have your products delivered on a regularly scheduled basis by choosing how often you would like those item delivered. Many of our customers have noticed that food shows up right in time before they even remembered they needed it. Log In or Create and Account At this point you will need to log into your account or if you are a new customer create a new account with us. If you are creating a new account, we will ask you for some personal information, such as your name address and basic contact information. If you have any special delivery instructions for our driver - you can post them on your account page. We will use your email as your username and you can create your own unique password. We ask for your credit card information twice to make sure it is correct, since we don't actually finalize your charge until your delivery is made. We also take security very seriously and all of your information is posted to a secure site. After you have logged in or created an account and verified your products and their frequencies click on the Select Delivery Date button underneath the order total on the right hand side of the page. This will take you to our Delivery Date page. Choose Delivery Date Our default delivery date is always the next time we are in your area. We delivery to almost every area once a week. If you place your order by Monday we gauranty almost all products to be delivered to you by the weekedn. There are a few items on our site that we order out of state and they may take a little longer - usually about a week. But they're usually real special producsts and worth the wait. Our system is based on routes, so we like to make our deliveries when we are in your area, but if you are in a bind and need something right away, you can call us or send us an email and in many cases we can get you your products sooner. On the other hand, if you would like to place an order for something that you do not need (or want) right away - you can change to delivery date to any time in the future. We do not charge you until your products are delivered - so why not order what you need today? Once you have chosen your delivery date, you can accept your purchases by clicking the accept purchases button at the bottom right of the page. You have now completed your order and we will take you to your account page. Account Page :: Where you can manage the delivery of all your products The first group of products you will see under the NEXT DELIVERIES tab are the products for your upcoming deliveries along with the the individual dates of your next delivery or deliveries. From this list you can edit the delivery date, the quantity or the frequency of the products by clicking the edit button. The next group of products you will see is under the RECURRING tab. These are the products that are automatically scheduled to be delivered on a recurring basis. From this tab you can change the frequency or alter the next delivery date. You can also change take any of the products in this list off of recurring by clicking the "X". This will remove them from the recurring tab and move them to the ON DEMAND list. The next group of products you will see is under the ON DEMAND tab. These are the products that you may not need on a regular or scheduled basis but want them in a special - easy to find list - so they can be quickly added to your next delivery without a lot of looking around. The last group of products you will see is under the PREVIOUSLY ORDERED tab. These are a list of all the products that you have ever ordered before. From this window you can add items to your next delivery of put them on a recurring order if needed. The only items that will not show up in this list are products that have been discountinued. Those products will still be viewable in your account history - but they will not be viewable anymore from you main account page. Below your item list of products you can choose VIEW ACCOUNT HISTORY to see a list of previous deliveries and to view copies of invoices, VIEW/EDIT ACCOUNT INFO to change any of your account information, including credit card and address. Before you leave don't forget to enroll your pet in our Pets Birthday Club and UPLOAD A PICTURE of your pets that show up on your account page.
