Q. How soon will my order be delivered?
A. The majority of items will be delivered to your door in 4 days. Some special order items do take longer - they will show up in your cart with the delivery date.

Q. Do I need to be home when you deliver?
A. No. Just leave your delivery instructions on your account page. (i.e. leave at front door, put in backyard behind fence, etc.)

Q: What time do you deliver?
A. We make most of our deliveries between 9 am and 5 pm (Monday thru Friday). Unless it is a treacherous weather day.

Q: When do you charge my account?
A. We usually charge your credit card the day before we make the delivery.

Q: Can I just order by phone?
A. Yes. Phone orders are always welcome. Call us at 612-FETCH33.

Q: Can I leave a check when you deliver?
A. We only accept credit card payments at this time.

Q: Do you deliver on weekends?
A. We deliver Monday thru Friday - but remember, you don't have to be home when we deliver!

Q: Can I designate where you drop the stuff off-like the back door?
A. Leave delivery instructions for our driver on your account page.

Q: How long have you been doing this?
A. We have been in the pet food and supply business for 17 years. We launched the online delivery service in October 2006.

Q: What if I want to change the day of delivery?
A. You can go to your Account Page and change your delivery date by clicking on the Edit button for the products you would to change the delivery date for.

Q: Can you deliver the same day as I call?
A. Unfortunately, because we don't order your items from our distributor until you place your order, we aren't able to deliver to you the same day. We need time to place our orders and get them organized for delivery to you.

Q: What's the catch?
A. There is no catch - we deliver pet food. We don't have a store - we just deliver. Pretty Simple.

Q: Where's your store ???
A. We don't have a physical store. Our store is on wheels and comes right to your door.

Q: Where do you get your products from?
A. We get our products from the same place as your local store does. But we don't let our products sit on a shelf waiting for someone to buy them. We order our products when our customers need them.

Q. What if the wrong product is delivered?
A. If we deliver the wrong product - call us or send us an email and we will come back out and deliver the right product and pick up the wrong product. If you are not happy with your products - let us know and we will do everything we can to make you happy.

Q. Can I change the delivery timing once I sign up for a recurring order?
A. You can always edit the frequency of your delivery. Log on to your account page and change the number of weeks for your frequency. You can make this change anytime as long as it is 24 hours prior to your delivery.

Q. What is the delivery cost if I am outside the free delivery area?
A. Currently we are only delivering to customers in our delivery area.

Q. Do you sell my information to others?
A. We do NOT sell or share our customer's information with anyone. Ever.
|
Q. How do you deliver to an apartment?
A. If you have a secure building you can tell us how to get in and where to leave the delivery (i.e. leave at the rental office, leave with my neighbor, etc.)
