Who We Are

Fetch is a locally owned company operating in the Twin Cities. Our team is made up of pet, technology, marketing and business people. We love pets and we love technology and business. We think these are the ingredients for the making of a great team and hopefully a great business that you will enjoy. We aren't brand new any more, (started in 2006) but we are still growing and changing and are committed to do everything we can to earn your trust and your business. We love to hear from our customers so please contact any of our team with comments or questions.

How It Works

1. Choose your products, pick a delivery date (defaults to next available), & confirm.
2. We receive your order, then pick-up those products from our local distributors.
3. We deliver your products right to your front door for FREE (and leave a lil' snack for Fido)

Deliveries are made to you once a week. Our system is pretty simple. Order by Monday night and you will always recieve your delivery by the weekend. We're able to afford FREE delivery and low prices because we don't sit on large stock piles of inventory. This means when you order something, we have to pick it up from the distributor before we can deliver. This usually means you're getting the freshest product around!

Recurring Delivery :: Running Out of Pet Food is Just Plain Silly!

This is our best thing going. You buy the same thing over and over again... and over again! We have a solution. Setup recurring delivery and the items you need will be delivered on a regular basis so you'll never run out of pet food again! (your pets will love you for it!)

Afraid of commitment? No worries! You can always adjust your frequency at any time. We'll send you an e-mail reminder 7 days before your next scheduled delivery and if you don't need a delivery quite yet, you can push it back a week or two! You can call or e-mail us and we'll handle the rest. We're a small company and we try to accommodate all of our customers, gives us a ring for anything!

Product Selection

In addition to over 80 brands of pet food we also offer one of the largest selections of pet supplies in the Twin Cities. Currently we have over 10,000 pet products and are adding new products almost every day. We hope you can find anything that you are looking for and if you can't please let us know. If there is something you want us to carry, just let us know and we can usually add it to our site!

Prices & Discounts

We try to shop the competition often and price our products to be very competitive. We don't inflate our prices to make up for delivery! That being said, some prices out there can't always be beat (we aren't Wal-Mart), but we think you'll find our everyday prices to be comparable to any pet superstore in town.

Keep an eye on your e-mail box for periodic discount codes, coupons, sales, promotions, etc. When our distributors offer us a deal, we like to pass the savings on to you!
